Spacious rooms, helping staff. Location is excellent and very close to railway station, amenities are good. Services need to be improved especially in terms of cleanliness. Food is great but service should be faster.

The hotel's lobby felt more like a hostel, lacking the expected elegance. Inside the room, the wash basin was awkwardly placed outside the small washroom. The bed, advertised as "king-sized," was actually queen-sized. Despite requesting a larger bed, the hotel claimed to have none. The late breakfast timing of 8:30 AM is inconvenient for travelers using Dhule as a transit point, as it hinders timely departure. Additionally, the dirty menu further detracted from the overall experience. It is advisable to consider alternative accommodations like Chandradeep Regency or Ruturaj for a more comfortable and convenient stay.
